Serve in demi tasse cup. Use of two espresso shots is recommended.

Use one shot of espresso for 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz cups.
Use two shots of espresso for 16 oz and 20 oz cups.
Use one shot of espresso for 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz cups.

Perfect Drink Tips
  • Pre-heat all cups just before serving
  • Shot extraction should take 30 seconds
  • If shot comes out too fast, it is under-extracted. Fix by using finer grind of espresso.
  • If shot comes out too slow, it is over-extracted. Fix by user coarser grind of espresso.
  • Froth milk to 140 - 150 degrees. Never above 150 degrees.

Improve your consistency from drink to drink by:
Always use same amount of water, same espresso packing strength, same amount of espresso - the only variable to change is the grind of espresso
